Derek is the Manager of the on site Garden Kitchen Café.

Derek takes care of rejuvenating any Trevena Cross customer with a tea, coffee, snack or main meal! He has created a simple, delicious menu that combines a wide range of seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, which he delivers with his strong team, to ensure his customers leave with smiling faces and return again very soon!
