Abelia x Grandiflora Kaleidoscope is a semi-evergreen, attractive variegated compact shrub (height 1m/3ft, spread 1.2m/4ft) that changes its leaf colour with the seasons, ranging from bright yellow variegation in the spring to green and yellow foliage with orange and red tints in autumn. Pink buds open to white flowers from late summer to autumn. An easy to grow variety, it should be planted in a moist, but well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade.
