This large mound forming perennial has attractive, rounded, dark, shiny purple-black leaves with toothed edges. In summer it bears clusters of vibrant golden-orange daisy flowers, which look stunning at the back of a garden border or striking in a large pot or container. Protect from slugs with wool pellets or coffee granules, and position in a moist spot, partially shady spot.
