An erect shrub (max height 80cm/2.6ft, max spread 60cm/1.9ft) with hairy stems, mid-green leaves and racemes of beautiful cup shaped dark veined, pale to deep purple-red hibiscus-like flowers from June to September. It should be planted in full sun and protected from frost. Great as a patio plant!
